KARACHI, Pakistan: The total liquid foreign reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) stood at US$ 9.4 billion by July 5, 2024, with a slight increase of US$ 15.6 million.
The latest statistics released by the Central Bank showed that the Country’s total foreign reserves were recorded at US$ 14.6 billion as of July 5, 2024 showing an increase of US$ 71.7 million.
The data revealed that the total liquid foreign reserves held by the Country as of July 5, 2024 were US$ 14,644.7 million.

The statistics showed that the Central Bank’s own reserves witnessed an increase of US$ 15.6 million to stand at US$ 9.4 billion.
The reserves held by the SBP stood at US$ 9,405.1 million in the week ended on July 5 whereas previously they were US$ 9,389.5 million.
Whereas the Commercial Banks had foreign reserves of US$ 5,239.6 million, showing an increase of US$ 56.1 million.
