ISLAMABAD: Balochistan National Party-Mengal (BNP) Chief Sardar Akhtar Mengal met Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif met in Islamabad on Friday, current situation of Balochistan was discussed in the meeting.

The BNP chief informed the prime minister about the current status of the city and also enlightened him about the measures taken for improvement in the province.

The premier said that Balochistan issue was important and the federal government would try to resolve it on priority basis.

Furthermore, he added that government was also bringing all the political parties and leaders of Balochistan to the table so that the problem could be solved in a peaceful manner.
