PESHAWAR: Two policemen were injured when a roadside bomb blast struck a patrolling police van on the outskirts of Peshawar on Friday morning, officials said.

The blast was caused by a planted improvised explosive device (IED) apparently to target police van near a graveyard in Peshawar’s Tajabad area.

   

The injured policemen were shifted to hospital.
