Islamabad, Pakistan:  Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif has decided reshuffle and expansion of federal cabinet, indicate sources here in Islamabad.

Sources claim that a full time Foreign Minister may be installed during this reshuffle and name of Khurram Dastgir Khan Minister for Commerce is top of the list for this slot.

While MNA Muhammad Talal Chaudhary will be inducted in cabinet as state minister.

Former Federal Minister MNA Ijazul Haq who is son of former dictator Gen Ziaul Haq is being given ministerial slot, claim sources.

“Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif is reviewing performance of all ministers and those ministers who performed well would stay in cabinet and those who were not in cabinet but performed well politically would be inducted in the cabinet”, said sources.

“The government of Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) had been gone through a number of political challenges during the last three and half years and now being stable in saddle, this is time for accommodating those who deserve and shunning off who did not perform well”, added another source who also claimed that return of former federal ministers Mushahid Ullah Khan and Pervaiz Rasheed is also expected during this reshuffle. It may be mentioned that former Federal Minister for Information Pervez Rasheed resigned when NewsGate issue came on surface.

Senator Mushahid Ullah Khan also lost his position in federal cabinet due to his controversial statement against one of former chief of one of the prime intelligence agency of Pakistan.
