KATHMANDU, Nepal: The sixth meeting of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) ministers of interior/home, SAARC secretaries of interior/home, and SAARC immigration authorities will be held in Kathmandu from September 17 to 19.
The meetings of immigration authorities will be held on September 17, the secretaries of interior/home will be held on September 18 and the ministers of interior/home will be held on September 19.
The three-day meeting will focus on issues like suppression of terrorism, maritime security and piracy, narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, combating corruption, cyber-crimes and mutual assistance in criminal matters.
