Sikander being arrested with the help of PPP leader Zamurd Khan while talking to the wife and children of the culprit, he attacked Sikander and police got a chance to open fire on the Culprit. The video shows how he got arrested.
The incident took place last night on Jinnah Avenue when a man named Sikander started firing guns shots in air in the Red zone of Capital territory of Pakistan.
