SHC reserves judgment on removal of Musharraf’s name from ECL

KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) has reserved its judgment over a plea seeking to remove name of former president General (retd) Pervez Musharraf from the Exit Control List (ECL), verdict will be announced on May 31.

A two-member divisional bench of the SHC consisting of Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar and Justice Khalid Hussain Bhatti was hearing former president’s plea for removal of his name from the ECL on Thursday.

The court also directed the counsels of both the parities to submit required documents.
