PTI decides to stage sit-in in front of parliament house

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has decided to enter the Red Zone area in Islamabad and will stage a sit-in in front of the parliament house on Tuesday evening.

The decision was taken in the central executive committee meeting of the PTI headed by Imran Khan in Islamabad on Tuesday.

The sources said that the PTI leader Imran Khan will address his supporters soon and ask them to remain peaceful and not to enter the diplomatic enclave.

Federal govt agrees to PTIs five demands

Meanwhile, the sources said that the federal government has agreed to fulfill the PTI’s five demands including recount in disputed constituencies, electoral reforms, formation of new election commission and action against those involved in election rigging.

The sources said that the government has acknowledged its willingness to all the politicians and opposition leaders. The government has insisted that power could only be changed within the constitutional ambit.
