GUJRANWALA: A Pakistan Army helicopter crashed in the fields near Gujranwala on Monday, leaving two pilots critically injured.

The incident took place due to technical fault in the aircraft, according to the initial investigation.

The injured pilots identified as major Furqan and major Imran were shifted to Combined Military Hospital for treatment, where one of them is said to be in danger.

Soon after the crash, the security forces reached the site and cordoned off the area.
