PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police have been given permission to access the data of mobile phone calls, Inspector General of KPK Police Nasir Khan Durrani said on Thursday.

Talking to media persons, Durrani said that in order to curb the menace of terrorism, further legislation is required in the province, adding that CCTV cameras will be installed in Peshawar and other parts of the province with the help of communities.

Durrani further said that additional sniffer dogs will be used to find explosive material.
