FAISALABAD: At least three more people died after consuming toxic liquor here on Sunday.
The death toll has risen to 23 due to consuming toxic liquor.
At least fifteen people have been died since Thursday night due to the issue in Warispura, a Christian neighbourhood of the city.
Sources said the locally distilled moonshine was methanol-tainted, which led to the deaths.
Hospital sources said some of the sick were discharged after their stomachs were washed, however a few of them were yet critical.
