QUETTA: The 84-year-old Sheikh Abdullah Zakiri, who heads the Ittehad Ulema-e-Afghanistan (Alliance of Afghan Islamic Scholars), was shot dead outside a mosque on Sabzal road in the restive Balochistan’s provincial capital Quetta on Wednesday.
