RAWALPINDI: The Afghan national security advisor Rangin Dadfar Spanta called on the Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif at the General Headquarters in Rawalpindi on Thursday.

The Inter Service Public Relations (ISPR) said that the two sides exchanged views over matters of mutual interest during the meeting.

The two sides also discussed to enhance security cooperation, particularly in the wake of the ongoing military operation Zarb-e-Azb along the Pak- Afghan border and latest situation in Afghanistan.
