KARACHI: Sindh Rangers on Monday claimed to have recovered upto 80 kilogram of explosive material during a raid on a house in Karachi’s PECHS posh area.

The law-enforcers on a tip off raided a house located in PECHS at Tariq Road area and recovered upto 80 kilograms explosives with a few chemicals used to enhance the intensity of explosion, sources said.

They also recovered 10 sacks of Ammonium Nitrate, 3 Drums full of Hydrogen per oxide and two boxes of metal.

Officials said three suspects, allegedly belonging to a banned outfit, were also arrested in the raid.
