ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Unknown gunmen opened fire on a Rangers Inspector in Shaheed Benazirabad district of Sindh province, leaving him dead.

Meanwhile, the Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has paid tribute to martyred Rangers Inspector Shahrukh Khan, who was shot by unknown assailants in Shaheed Benazirabad district.

The interior minister expressed deep sympathy and condolences to the family of martyred Rangers Inspector Shahrukh Khan.

“Rangers Inspector Shahrukh Khan attained the highest rank of martyrdom while performing his duties,” the minister said. “We salute the sacrifice of the martyred Rangers Inspector Shahrukh Khan.”

Mohsin Naqvi said that in this moment of grief, we stand in solidarity with the family of the martyred Inspector and share their sorrow.
