Strawberry Cream Delight Dessert Ingredients
You need quite a few simple things to make this iftar recipe. All of these ingredients are easily available in the market. So, here’s what you need:
- Strawberry jelly- 1 Packet
- Hot Water- 1 and a half cups
- Strawberries- 400 grams
- Chilled cream- 400 ml
- Condensed milk- 3/4 cup
- Biscuit Crumbs
- Ice cubes
Preparations
- Take 1 and a half cups of hot water in a bowl.
- Then, add your instant jelly to it and whisk well.
- Put the bowl in the refrigerator to let the jelly set.
- Make strawberry puree in a blender.
- Then take a larger bowl and put ice cubes in it.
- Take another smaller bowl and put it in the bowl with ice cubes in it.
- Add cream to the small bowl and beat well.
- Gradually add condensed milk and strawberry puree to it and keep beating.
- To check if the mixture is beaten well, see if soft peaks form.
- Then, put the mixture in the refrigerator until assembly.
- Then, take strawberries and chop them into small pieces and set them aside.
- Take the jelly out of your refrigerator and cut it into small pieces.
- Then mix your strawberry and jelly together.
- Take any of your favourite biscuits and crush them into crumbs.
Assembling
There are two ways of assembling the Strawberry Cream Delight Dessert. You can either assemble them in a large dish or in separate small cups for everyone.
- Start your assembling with a layer of jelly and strawberry chunk at the bottom.
- Then add another layer of biscuit crumbs.
