ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU) in Islamabad has been closed for an indefinite period due to security reasons, the university spokesman said on Saturday.

It was also decided that security would be beefed up at the university and no visitors and vehicles would be allowed to enter the university premises without registration
