Punjab govt to set up 350 bazaars during Ramazan

LAHORE: The Punjab government will set up 350 bazaars across the province during the holy month of Ramazan to provide the commodities of the daily use and edibles to the people on subsidized rates.

In a meeting held in Lahore on Wednesday, the Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif also announced a subsidy of Rs 5 billion to provide the various items to the people on the subsidized rates.

During the meeting, the provincial industries secretaries told that 2,000 madni dastarkhan will also be set up for the deserving people to have the facility of sehri and iftari free.
