The all-important decisive Test match between Pakistan and New Zealand will begin today (Monday) at Abu Dhabi, offering a wide-open chance to both sides to seal the series (PTV Sports).
The three-match Test series is leveled after both Pakistan and New Zealand won one match each.
In the first Test played at Abu Dhabi from November 16-19, New Zealand clinched a four-run victory while Pakistan outclassed the opponents by an innings and 16 runs in the second Test at Dubai from November 24-27.
PTV Sports will Telecast the match Live from 11:00 am PST
As already apprised, Mohammad Abbas won’t be the part of Pakistan’s playing XI in the third Test. The 18-year-old left-arm fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi will make his Test debut, replacing Mohammad Abbas.
For the third Test, Pakistan may play with three seamers and bring in Faheem Ashraf in the place of off-spinner Bilal Asif.
If Pakistan wins the third Test, it would their second consecutive Test series win in UAE. Likewise, if New Zealand manages to beat Pakistan, it would their first away series victory against Pakistan since October-November 1969.
The previous three-match Test series held between Pakistan and New Zealand in UAE in November 2014 ended in draw.
So far the leg-spinner Yasir Shah has been the most successful bowler in the series. In previous two Tests, he bagged 22 wickets.

Yasir Shah now requires just five more wickets to reach 200 Test wickets. If he does so within his next three Test matches, he would become the quickest bowler to reach the milestone, surpassing Clarrie Grimmett from Australia who took his 200th Test wicket in his 36th match.
