PESHAWAR, Pakistan: The civil disobedience as announced by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan on Sunday night will not be observed in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the provincial information minister Mushtaq Ghani said.
