President Mamnoon to undertake four-day visit to Turkey from Wednesday

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: President Mamnoon Hussain will undertake a four-day official visit to Turkey from Wednesday.

   

During his stay in Turkey, the president would have comprehensive discussions with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan on ways and means to further strengthen relations between the two countries.

The two leaders would also exchange views on regional situation and global issues of mutual interest.

The Turkish president would host a banquet in honour of President Mamnoon Hussain.

Earlier in the day, the Chinese President Xi Jinping concluded his two-day state visit to Pakistan, adding another chapter to the long history of deep-rooted Pakistan-China friendship.

During his stay in Islamabad, President Xi met the Pakistani civilian and military leadership, launched several mega projects worth $46 billion and also addressed the joint session of the Parliament.
