JEDDAH: President Islamic Development Bank (IDB) Dr. Ahmed Muhammad Ali has appreciated reforms and liberalization measures taken by the PML-N government for revival and stabilization of national economy.

He was talking to Finance Minister Ishaq Dar at a meeting in Jeddah.

Dr. Ali announced to extend a loan facility of 750 million euros to Pakistan‚ the first tranche of which would be released before 15th of this month.

The IDB President also agreed to extend a trade facility of one hundred and fifty million dollars for import of fertilizer and petroleum products.

The Finance Minister lauded the support extended by the Bank.
