KARACHI, Pakistan: The President Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Shahbaz Sharif on Tuesday said if Allah gave them a chance they would construct Bhasha Dam, adding million acres water could be stored in Bhasha Dam.

“We will be able to cope with the water crisis through Bhasha Dam,” Shahbaz Sharif said while interacting with Young President Organization & Women Entrepreneurs in Karachi.

Shahbaz Sharif said water crisis was the biggest challenge in the Country. He said they had lesser water as compared to India. “We will be destroyed if we depended upon India,” he said.

The president PML-N said they had established 10,000 megawatts electricity projects in last five years.

The former Chief Minister Punjab said the biggest part of their population consisted of youth. He said their youth was very capable and skilled.

“The youth and political parties will have to take advantage of the opportunities collectively,” he said.

The president PML-N said the Country could develop if the youth was given the opportunity.

In addition, the previous PML-N government revived peace in Karachi. He said services of Police and Rangers also needed to be acknowledged.
