KARACHI: The Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen (MWM) on Saturday demanded the Punjab government to remove Rana Sanaullah as provincial law minister.

Talking with media persons during a press conference at Ancholi area in Karachi, the MWM spokesman Allama Hasan Zafar alleged that some political and religious parties are providing umbrelle to terrorist parties.

The spokesman urged all political parties to openly condemn terrorist attacks.

Moreover, the MWM spokesman described Ancholi blasts as an attempt by terrorists to trigger sectarian clashes in Karachi and asked the people of the city to foil terrorists’ attempt to spread violence.

It may be mentioned here that the Tehrik-i-Taliban (TTP) claimed responsibility for the twin blasts in Karachi’s Ancholi area that left at least seven persons dead on Friday night, saying that they carried out the blasts to take revenge of the US drone strikes which killed their leaders.
