MULTAN, Pakistan: The Vice Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Shah Mehmood Qureshi on Friday said his party would award tickets to Candidates with honestly, and added reservations of party workers were being deliberated upon.
Talking to media persons in Multan, Shah Mehmood Qureshi said the process of tickets distribution was not easy, and they were distributing tickets with honesty. He said PTI formed a parliamentary board for the distribution of party tickets.
Qureshi said party workers holding sit-in in Bani Gala wanted to present their viewpoint. He said they couldn’t ignore the opinions of old party workers.
In addition, Shah Mehmood Qureshi said PTI had received more than 4,000 applications seeking tickets.
It is pertinent to here that the sit-in protest by the PTI’s disgruntled workers of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa continues outside the residence of Imran Khan at Bani Gala in Islamabad over unfair distribution of party tickets for 2018 general elections.
