PoliticsPTI lauds IHC decision in Tyrian Case
  • Demands IHC CJ Aamir Farooq voluntary resignation

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) applauded the Islamabad High Court’s (IHC) three-member bench for its detailed decision in the Tyrian White Case, calling for the voluntary resignation of Chief Justice Aamir Farooq because he no longer had any moral grounds to continue holding the august office in the wake of the verdict.

The PTI Spokesperson said that the party was mulling over approaching the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) against Chief Justice IHC in light of the three-member bench’s ruling. He stated that another unethical, absurd, and fabricated case against PTI Founding Chairman Imran Khan had reached its logical conclusion, as eventually the truth had prevailed.

The PTI Spokesman hoped that all 203 fabricated and politically motivated cases against the most popular leader of the nation would meet the same fate, adding that the decision was a slap in the face of those flaunting morals and values and an indictment against the system, especially those occupying high positions in the justice system.

He made it clear that it had been proven that characters like the Chief Justice IHC, sitting in the judiciary, provided oxygen to the state to unleash a reign of terror and operation against 240 million people in general and against Imran Khan in particular during the past two years.

The PTI Spokesperson reiterated that in the presence of a free, autonomous, and law-abiding judiciary, no democratic or non-democratic astrologer could ever get a chance to create anarchy or lawlessness in the country.

However, he noted that unfortunately, the Chief Justice IHC supported every attempt at desecrating the constitution, deviating from the law, and subjecting PTI workers and leaders to political vendetta.

The Spokesperson stated that Aamir Farooq openly facilitated and saved the orchestrators and planners of the May 9 false flag operation by justifying the violent abduction of Imran Khan from the court premises and not holding paramilitary forces accountable for disappearing the CCTV footage of his kidnapping.

He noted that the Chief Justice IHC strengthened hands of revenge instead of justice in dozens of false and political cases against PTI Founder, adding that his role ranging from selecting judges for the most controversial jail trials in sheer violation of fair trials to illegal punishments was regrettable and impeachable.

The PTI Spokesperson stated that six honorable judges of IHC left with no option but to write a letter to the Chief Justice of Pakistan and the SJC due to his inaction to stop the spy agencies’ meddling in judicial affairs, as they were left by him at the mercy of secret agencies, especially ISI.
