KARACHI, Pakistan: The President Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Shahbaz Sharif on Monday said his party delivered its best during its five years tenure and eliminated 90 percent power crisis.

In address at a Ceremony hosted by the Federation of Pakistan Chambers Of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI) in Karachi, Shahbaz Sharif said the two biggest challenges faced by Pakistan in 2013 were energy and terrorism. He said 18 hours long load shedding was being carried out in the Country.

Shahbaz Sharif said their devotion had eliminated the menace of terrorism, and they also overcame energy crisis through sincere efforts. In addition, he said extortionism and target killing were at its peak in Karachi.

The president PML-N said like energy crisis, water crisis should have also been resolved in Karachi.

Shahbaz said time of the nation was wasted in sit-ins in 2014. He said one should have talked on the basis of performance instead of lies.

Shahbaz Sharif said China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) was materialized in the PML-N government. He said credit should have been given to the deserved ones.

The president PML-N said the Sindh government failed to set Karachi free from the tanker mafia. He said the federal government would have to allocate annual fund for Karachi.

Earlier, Shahbaz Sharif reached Karachi for a two-day visit to initiate the election campaign of PML-N.

Shahbaz Sharif was received by the senior leadership of PML-N Sindh Chapter. He will address the public gathering and hold meetings over the visit.
