ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: A day after Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif visited the residence of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazl (JUI-FF) Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman in Islamabad, the Federal Minister for Interior Mohsin Naqvi also paid a visit to him.
During his visit undertaken on Friday, the interior minister inquired about the health of Maulana Fazlur Rehman, and expressed good wishes for his health and well-being.
Mohsin Naqv emphasized that he had a longstanding relationship of more than 25 years with Maulana Fazlur Rehman which is based on respect and esteem.

Earlier on Thursday, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif also visited the JUI-F Chief’s residence.
Talking to him, the prime minister said that appreciated JUI-F’s religious services, and noted that the latter has always promoted peaceful struggle for the protection of democratic values in the Country.
The prime minister also proposed formation of a Committee for resolution of political issues through bilateral cooperation.
