Maryam Nawaz – the former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s daughter and one of the main accused in Avenfield Reference – has asked Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) workers not to be worried in the wake of verdict to be announced shortly by the Accountability Court against Sharif family.

“The lions of PML-N! Whatever is the decision you need not to be worried. All of this is not new for Nawaz Sharif, he had already faced disqualification, life imprisonment, jail and exile,” Maryam Nawaz said in her message from London on Twitter.

Maryam Nawaz further said that at least there is a leader who has been standing firmly for the sanctity of your vote and for the sake of the Country.

“The path is not easy, we will have to pay the price,” she added.

The Accountability Court Judge Muhammad Bashir will announce the much-awaited verdict in Avenfield Reference filed by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) as directed by the Supreme Court of Pakistan at 3:00 pm.

Meanwhile, Nawaz Sharif held consultation with his lawyers on telephone. He discussed different options with lawyers.

Sharif family sources said that after hearing the verdict Nawaz Sharif will go to Harley Street Clinic, wherein he has to talk to the doctors regarding Kulsoom Nawaz’s health.

Family sources said that Maryam Nawaz will also be accompanying her father during his meeting with the doctors.

Earlier talking to media outside the Accountability Court, the PML-N leader Senator Asif Kirmani said that “We hope for the best. Almighty Allah will do better. Kalsoom Nawaz is not well, she is still on the ventilator.

“As soon as the health condition of Kalsoom Nawaz gets better, Nawaz Sharif will return back,” he said.
