ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan on Thursday resolved to minimize sales and withholding tax, saying it would attract investment in the Country.

While addressing traders at an event in Lahore on Thursday, Imran Khan promised to take on board representatives from the business and trading community for policy-making if his party was voted to power in the upcoming elections.

The Chairman PTI lamented the current state of the Country’s economy and slammed the ruling elite for their incompetence. He said devaluation of rupee would stir a new tide of inflation which would further intensify the problems of the downtrodden.

“Nawaz Sharif’s experienced team pushed the Country to marsh of economic ills like surged debts, diminishing rupee, hiked inflation and unemployment”, the Chairman PTI remarked.

Imran Khan said if a Country was lagging behind despite having abundant resources, the ruling elite was to be blamed.

“He who does not live among us have no right to rule us”, he said while urging traders community to place their trust on PTI in the upcoming polls.

The Chairman PTI further said a Country could make progress only if its leadership had all their stakes stashed in the homeland.

Imran Khan thanked traders and business community for their support in fundraising for Shaukat Khanum Memorial Hospital. He urged them to vote for PTI and be a part of the struggle to build a better Pakistan.
