ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan has extended heartfelt condolences over the sad demise of veteran politician Rasool Bux Palijo.

The 88-year-old veteran Sindhi politician and the founder of Awami Tehreek Rasool Bux Palijo passed away early on Thursday after a protracted illness.

In a statement issued by the PTI’s Central Media Department, Imran Khan extended heartfelt condolences over the sad demise of veteran politician Rasool Bux Palijo and expressed sympathies with the bereaved family.

Imran Khan said that Rasool Bux Palijo was committed to ideological politics in his entire life.

“His life was a story of continuous struggle and dedication”, the Chairman PTI said. “I pray to Almighty Allah that the departed soul May rest in Heaven”, he added.
