ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Wednesday issued the schedule of elections in Punjab, according to which, polling will be held on April 30, 2023.

As per the Schedule of Punjab Elections 2023, the Contesting Candidates will file their Nomination Papers with the Returning Officer (RO) from March 12-14 and the names of Nominated Candidates will be published on March 15.

The last date for Scrutiny of Nomination Papers by the RO has been set as March 22 whereas Appeals against decisions of the Returning Officer will be filed on March 27.

The last date for Deciding of Appeals by the Appellate Tribunal is April 03 and the Revised List of Candidates will be published on April 04.

Likewise, April 5 has been set as the last date for Withdrawal of Candidature and Publication of Revised List of Candidates.

The Contesting Candidates will be allotted Election Symbols on April 06.

The polling will take place on April 30, 2023.
