ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) will organize Azadi cultural and musical show on August 13 in connection with Independence Day celebrations.

An official of the PNCA told the state-run news agency, that the Council Performing Arts Division (PAD) has arranged a number of colourful performances in the Azadi cultural show to celebrate Independence Day with befitting manner.

He said that artists belonging to all provinces including Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu Kashmir (AJK) will participate in the cultural show.

He said that the performers would also present national songs, regional dances of Pakistan with traditional costumes to bring vibrancy in the show.

From grand cultural shows to art, speech and songs competition, the programmes will focus on serving the fun lovers as informative entertainment through visual narration of historical moments of Pakistan Movement and the struggle of freedom fighters.
