PM Imran assures CM Balochistan of full assistance


ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Prime Minister Imran Khan on Friday said the federal government would provide every possible assistance to the Balochistan government.

In a meeting held with the Chief Minister Balochistan Jam Kamal at the Prime Minister’s Office in Islamabad, Imran Khan said resolution of the crisis faced by Balochistan and its development would be the top most priority of the federal government.

During the meeting, both sides exchanged views to resolve the problems and Development of Balochistan.

The Chief Minister Balochistan briefed Prime Minister Imran Khan on issues being faced by Balochistan including the financial crisis.

Imran Khan also felicitated Jam Kamal for assuming the Office of the Chief Minister Balochistan.

Separately, the Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar also held consultations with Prime Minister Imran Khan. Both the leaders agreed to have minimum members of the Punjab Cabinet.

It was decided that the names of the Punjab Cabinet would be finalized within two days. In the first phase 15 ministers would be given portfolios.

Earlier, the Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser also met Prime Minister Imran Khan and discussed legislative business in the National Assembly.
