PM arrives in Karachi to review law, order situation

KARACHI: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif arrived in Karachi on Wednesday to chair a meeting regarding law and order situation in the city.

The prime minister was accompanied by Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan Nisar while they were received by Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah at the airport.

The meeting will be attended by the Interior Minister, Governor Sindh Ishratul Ibad Khan, Chief Minister Sindh, Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif, Director General Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) Zaheer ul Islam and other officials.

The Director General Intelligence Bureau will brief the participants about the security situation of Karachi.
