ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Pakistan’s exports of Information Technology & IT-Enabled Service (ITeS) increased in the first quarter of the Financial Year 2021-22.

In a statement on Monday, the Prime Minister’s Adviser for Commerce and Investment Abdul Razak Dawood said that Pakistan’s IT & ITeS exports increased to US$ 635 million from July to September 2021 compared to the exports value of the last year which stood at US$ 445 million, showing an increase of 42% Year-on-Year (YoY) growth.

“I congratulate all the stakeholders for their efforts and dedication,” the adviser said.

“Also, by seeing how IT Sector is growing, I am optimistic that we will cross the IT exports target for FY of 2021-22,” Abdul Razak Dawood added.
