ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Pakistan’s exports to Australia increased by 33% to US$ 281 million in the Fiscal Year 2021 as compared to US$ 211 million in FY 2020, according to the Prime Minister’s Adviser for Commerce and Investment Abdul Razak Dawood.

“I congratulate our exporters on accomplishing this new record export to Australia and encourage them to aggressively export to this important market,” the adviser wrote on Twitter on Wednesday.

The adviser also commended the efforts of the Ministry of Commerce’s Trade & Investment Office Muhammad Ashraf and urged him to facilitate Pakistan’s exporters even more.

Earlier on Tuesday, the adviser also shared that during the FY 2021, Pakistan’s exports to China increased by 34% to US$ 2.33 billion, to Germany grew by 19% to US$ 1.5 billion, to the Netherlands increased by 23% to US$ 1.2 billion, and to Poland increased by 28% to US$ 308 million.
