KARACHI: An officer bearer of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) among two others was shot dead in various incidents of violence the city on Friday, Dispatch News Desk (DND) reported on Friday.
The 30-year-old a local MQM office bearer Nayyar Shahab was killed near Rehmat Chowk at Orangi Town Sector 11 on Friday morning.
In another incident, unidentified assailants ambushed a car on Sohrab Goth flyover, killing 35-year-old Mudassir Iftikhar and injuring Wajahat Haider. Similarly, a dead body, stuffed into a gunny bag, was recovered from Dhobi Ghat locality of Garden Town.
Over 10 suspected persons were detained by Police and paramilitary rangers force in different raids late Thursday night.
