UNITED NATIONS: Pakistan has reaffirmed its commitment to rule of the law and human rights to achieve the sustainable development goals.

In his address, at a United Nations forum on the subject in New York, the Pakistani ambassador to the UN Masood Khan said that under Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s vision, efforts are being made to ensure speedy and inexpensive justice for all in the country through accountability and elimination of corruption.

The Pakistani envoy said that supported by strong institutions, this philosophy also influences economic growth, market vitality and equal distribution of wealth.
