ISLAMABAD: Opposition leader in the National Assembly Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan will send a letter to Prime Minister proposing names of the opposition’s nominees for caretaker Prime Minister in two or three days, Dispatch News Desk (DND) reported on Friday.

PML-N leader’s reply will be in response to Prime Minster Raja Pervez Ashraf’s latter that he sent to Nisar on Wednesday requesting him to propose names of persons for appointment as caretaker Prime Minister.

The opposition leader has completed the consultation pertaining to the care take PM with other opposition parties, sources said. They said that names of Justic (r) Nasir Aslam Zahid, Justice (r) Shakir Ullah Jan and Mahmood Khan Achakzai have been discussed in the consultative meeting.

The sources that Nisar has contacted with Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) leader Munawar Hassan and asked him to take the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan into confidence regarding the proposed names for caretaker PM.
