KARACHI: Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) leader Dr. Farooq Sattar has said that his party will play role of a responsible political party on the issue of caretaker set up, Dispatch News Desk (DND) reported on Monday.

Talking to media in Karachi, he said it is responsibility of the Prime Minister and leader of the Opposition to reach on a consensus on the name of the caretaker Prime Minister. He appreciated President Asif Ali Zardari for seeking names for caretaker set up from MQM

Farooq Sattar said that MQM will convene an all parties confeence to ensure the protection of democratic process in the country besides discussing ways to improve Karachi law and order situation.
