Islamabad, Pakistan: Former husband of Bushra Bibi Khawar Farid Manika has made alarming revelations, blaming former Prime Minister Imran Khan for ruining his family life and destroying his family grace.

Khawar Manika in his interview with a private television channel claimed that Imran Khan used to come to his house without his consent and he was angry about Pinky’s (nickname of Bushra Bibi) meetings with Imran Khan. “Once I told Imran Khan to leave my home and asked a servant to show him (Imran Khan) the way to the door to get out from my home, claimed Manika.

“My mother used to say that Imran Khan is not a good person, don’t let him in the house”, said Manika

He said that during Imran Khan’s sit-in in Islamabad, Bushra’s sister Maryam Watoo made Bushra’s first meeting with Imran Khan. “Our marriage lasted for 28 years, we had a very happy life, but Imran destroyed my family under the guise of Peri Muridi”, blamed Manika.

He informed the anchorperson that Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi started meeting in Islamabad. “My mother used to say that Imran Khan is not a good person, don’t let him in the house. Then both of them started having long conversations on the phone at night. Farah Gogi gave Pinky a secret cellphone and a sim on Imran’s request, they started talking secretly on their mobile phones. Six months before her marriage to Imran Khan, Bushra Bibi separated from me and went to her mother’s house. I went to her house in Pakpattan (A town new Sahiwal) and asked her to accompany me. Bushra Bibi replied, “Mian Sahib not now”. Then one day Farah Gogi sent me a message on my mobile asking to divorce Pinky. I went to Bushra’s home and asked her, “Do you want a divorce?”, she bowed her head and did not answer, I sent the divorce certificate to Bushra Bibi in the hands of Farah Gogi on November 14, 2017, then after some days Farah Gogi called and asked to change the date of divorce”, Manika narrated the story about the end of his 28-year marriage life.

The ex-husband said, “I divorced Pinky on November 14, 2017, after a month and a half she married Imran Khan, I and my children did not know about this marriage, so when the media broke the news of the marriage, I denied it”.
