ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: President Mamnoon Hussain Tuesday assured Chief Minister Balochistan Sardar Sanaullah Zehri that the federal government would continue assisting the provincial government for progress and prosperity of the people of province.
He was talking to the Chief Minister who called on him at the Aiwan-e-Sadr in Islamabad
The President felicitated Sardar Sanaullah Zehri on assuming the office of Chief Minister of Balochistan and expressed the hope that during his tenure Balochistan would progress further and he would utilize his capabilities in this regard.
It was the first meeting of Sardar Sanaullah Zehri with the President after assuming the office of Chief Minister of Balochistan, said a press release.
The Chief Minister apprised the President about the latest situation in the province.
He apprised the President about the ongoing development schemes in the province.
The President said that the welfare and security of the people of Balochistan should be accorded the highest priority and all measures should be taken for restoring law and order and ushering prosperity in the province.
