ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan (SC) on Saturday returned the reply of Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB) admiral (retd.) Fasih Bukhari after raising objections in the contempt of the court case, Dispatch News Desk (DND) reported on Saturday.
The reply was returned after the Supreme Court’s registrar said derogatory words were used against judges.
Earlier, a 3-paged reply was submitted in the court by NAB chairman’s lawyer Naveed Rasool Mirza. The chairman said that his case should be transferred to another bench.
