QUETTA, Pakistan: Balochistan Information Minister and Pashtoonkhwa Milli Awami Party (PkMAP) Parliamentary leader, Abdul Raheem Ziaratwal has said any decisoin on Marree agreement regarding change in Balochistan government will be endorsed.

Chief Minister Balochistan, Dr. Abdul Malik Baloch, he said, was in touch with the angry Baloch leaders living abroad to convince them to join countr’s mainstream politics.

In an interview with APP here on Thursday, he said, “Marree agreement is a reality and all coalition partners of Balochistan government including PkMAP would accept the federal government’s decision in this regard”.

In reply to a question, he said that Balochistan chief Minister’s efforts to bring angry Baloch leaders in national mainstream was aimed at welfare and future of Balochistan.

Ziaratwal said the federal government has extended its full cooperation to the Balochistan government to execute mega development projects.

“Record development projects were underway in Balochistan in collaboration with the federal government” he said.

He said that when the incumbent government took charge, law and order situation was very poor as people were being abducted for ransom or they were killed in targeted killing. “Federal government has played remarkable role in the restoration of law and order and provision of protection and security to the people of Balochistan,” he remarked.

He said the Balochistan government has provided jobs to thousands of the youth and was engaged to create more opportunities.
