ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Minister for Kashmir Affairs has said Pakistan would continue its support to Kashmiris in the struggle for Kashmiris’ right to self-determination

In a special message on Black Day, he urged the international community to ensure the implementation of the UN Resolutions on Kashmir, Radio Pakistan reported.

Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan Chaudhry Barjees Tahir has said Pakistan would continue to raise the Kashmir issue and human rights violations in Indian Held Kashmir at international fora.

Barjees Tahir said, “We express our complete solidarity with the people of Jammu and Kashmir.”

He vowed to continue Pakistan’s complete support in their just struggle for the right to self-determination.

The Minister said India has been illegally occupying the state of Jammu and Kashmir against the wishes of its people in utter violation of the UN Security Council Resolutions.

He said the people of Jammu and Kashmir have never accepted the Indian occupation and have been waging a heroic struggle against India, in which over 90,000 Kashmiris have laid down their lives.

He said India could never succeed in suppressing freedom struggle of Kashmiris.
