Pakistan Army'There will never be a compromise on Kashmir', says Pakistan Army Chief

MUZAFFARABAD, Pakistan: The Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa has said that there will never be a compromise on Kashmir whatever the cost.

“Our quest for peace must never be misconstrued as weakness,” the COAS said while interacting with forces deployed along the Line of Control (LoC) where he visited on Monday.

“We are capable & fully prepared to thwart any misadventure/aggression for defence of our motherland,” the COAS further said as quoted by the Director General Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) Major General Asif Ghafoor.

The COAS also visited the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in Muzaffarabad, wherein he inquired about the health of those who suffered injuries as a result of unprovoked ceasefire violations by the Indian forces along the LoC.
