NOWSHERA, Pakistan: The Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Thursday visited Armoured Corps Centre in Nowshera, and installed Lieutenant General Sarfraz Sattar as Colonel Commandant Armoured Corps.

The Outgoing Colonel Commandant Lieutenant General (retd) Naveed Mukhtar, and a large number of serving and retired officers, soldiers and families of shaheeds (martyrs) attended the event.Lt General Sarfraz Sattar installed as Colonel Commandant Armoured Corps

The COAS appreciated the performance of Armoured Corps both in conventional and non-conventional combat.

Earlier upon his arrival at Armoured Corps Centre in Nowshera, the COAS laid a floral wreath on Shuhada’s monument.
