One Pakistan army soldier embraced martyrdom in a terrorists attack in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s North Waziristan district, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said.

In a statement on Monday, the ISPR said that terrorists opened fire on a military post in Ghariom area of North Waziristan district, which was responded in a befitting manner by Pakistan army troops.

The ISPR said that during the exchange of fire with terrorists, 37-year-old Naik Ghulam Mustafa, who was a resident of Muzaffarabad, was martyred.

The ISPR said that the sanitization of the area is being carried out to eliminate any terrorists in the area.
