ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Monday visited Air Headquarters (AHQ) in Islamabad and held a meeting with the Chief of Air Staff (CAS) Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan, the Dispatch News Desk (DND) news agency reported.

In a press release, the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said that the COAS and the CAS deliberated on operational environment including threat and response.

   

The ISPR said that both Chiefs expressed satisfaction on readiness, coordination & synergy.

They also attended a security briefing at the AHQ.

The Director General ISPR Major General Asif Ghafoor was also present in the briefing.

The COAS said that Pakistan armed forces are fully prepared for a befitting response to any Indian aggression or misadventure.
